The office space is somewhat reminiscent of Google. We have high quality chairs and workstations, collaboration spaces and varied meeting rooms. Activity Based Working (where you don't have a set desk) has been a challenge sometimes, with space at a premium on some floors meaning it's hard to sit with your team if you come in later than the others

It’s a great location and has great facilities. The only downside is they take the Activity Based Working thing too far. It’s taken to a point where it doesn't make sense sometimes

We have what is called Activity Based Working, which means that we all have laptops and lockers to hold our things but desks are not assigned to any one person. You may work alongside your team or choose to work from another floor. The dress code is business smart. We have coffee machines and fruit in every floor kitchen for employees

The office is very modern and we have activity-based working (hot-desking). It is an excellent building with plenty of collaborative spaces. No employees have their own offices with the exception of the CEO, who has an office with entirely glass walls and an always-open door. Even other senior managers sit with lower-level colleagues throughout the day. The dress code is a little formal (casual Friday's but business attire the rest of the week)

While modern, unfortunately we have activity based working so you don't have your own space. It sounds cool for about two minutes until you realise you only have a locker for your stuff and that's it!

Activity based working is good, it feels like being in a library where we can sit anywhere we want. Casual dress Friday is always nice, but the Bankwest polo shirt is the best because they are really comfortable!
