I think it will be reasonable to assume that I will be able to progress easily

Usually only at yearly reviews, but the process is very unclear

There are always lots of internal opportunities advertised

Cross-skilling opportunities are great  

It’s very difficult. Even high performers take a long time to get promoted. Promotions often feel like they are given to people that have been there a long time

There are lots of politics involved but there is plenty of opportunity

If you are able to show you are capable and knowledgeable, you are assured to move up

You have to work hard, but if you're performing well they reward you for it

It isn't too easy

I have moved internally once already . My manager engaged with his manager and I got it within a few weeks
